At Violet’s Venom Brewery, we embrace the rich and often overlooked roots of brewing history. Long before brewing guilds came to be, beer was crafted in kitchens and taverns by alewives—resourceful women who used bubbling cauldrons, herbs, grains, and creativity to nourish their families and communities. Our brewers lean into that tradition.

Since we operate the Floridillo Cafe’ restaurant on-site, we do not permit outside food or beverages - if you have special dietary restrictions or food preferences, please let us know before your visit and we will do our best to accommodate.
