Tap and food update
It’s been a while and we at Violet’s Venom Brewery want to welcome you back by reintroducing our Tapwall and Food menus. This post will go over some of the new taps we have on the wall and many updates the menu has gone through.
Tapwall
As of August 9th, we have 5 tap walls available on the tap wall. Lets take a look at them!
Blushing Belle ALe
The Blushing Belle Ale is light, crisp, and effortlessly refreshing. This American ale is kissed with the delicate floral notes of hibiscus, giving it a subtle tartness and a beautiful rosy hue. With a perfect balance of malt sweetness and a whisper of citrus, it’s a brew that blooms with every sip.
Roller Skatin’ in san francisco
The Roller Skatin’ in San Francisco is a Hazy IPA with a golden, unfiltered pour packed with tropical fruit and citrus punch. Citra hops bring bold notes of mango, passionfruit, and bright lime, while Amarillo layers in sweet orange and a hint of floral spice.
sophia’s golden stout
Sophia’s Golden Stout is smooth and surprising. This golden-hued stout delivers luscious notes of vanilla, coffee, and caramel, defying expectations with its velvety depth. Inspired by the adventurous spirit of a Carolina dog, it’s a brew that proves true strength comes in unexpected forms.
Jakie’s molasses
Jakie’s Molasses is a rich, dark stout with notes of chocolate, coffee, and toasted caramel. Smooth and slightly sweet, it finishes with a touch of molasses and roasted depth.
Squirrels’s Brown ale
Squirrels’ Brown Ale is a brown ale on the lighter side with nutty notes as nutty as Squirrel herself who has been seen do instant zooms and 2’ straight up jumps.
Food
Now that we’ve gotten a look at what is on the tapwall, let’s take a look at some food options that might pair well, specifically the most popular.
Hamburger & Fries
The Hamburger and Fries is a classic option that everyone loves. It has everything you’d expect, burger meat, buns, and tons of options to add on top. Pair that with some crispy fries, and you’re sure to have a delightful meal.
Cheese BlisS
Cheese bliss is one of the food options that our regulars love. The Cheese Bliss is baked, buttery, and squeaky cheese known as bread cheese cut into pieces. Of course the crackers are included.
Tostadas
In recent weeks, the Tostadas has become one of our most iconic items. This is likely due to our Tapwall & Tostadas on Thursdays from 5pm - 8pm, which is a night where we focus solely on the two. Customers love to pair the taco beef style and turkey & pickled onions style with tapwall beers.
Tater Kegs
The Tater Kegs is one our first iconic food options that was available at VVB. It comes in multiple different flavors such as Bacon Chive, Jalapeño Cheddar, and more!
